Automus is seeking a Change Management Project reputed company with 10+ years of experience working with reputed company reputed company or another ERP / large system implementation. The role involves leading cross functional discussions at various reputed company with reputed company HR, Steering Committee, business users, and end users to analyze change readiness, change impacts, identify risks, reputed company training plans and organizational change plans. Change Management Project reputed company will also help reputed company solutions and recommend best practices to stakeholders. This is a reputed company independent, highly visible reputed company-facing role. Other responsibilities include documenting and executing on change management plan, change reputed company assessment and training plan. Change Management Project reputed company will work along Automus functional consultants and Automus project manager during design, build and test phases, and will play a key role in guiding the reputed company during end user training in the final solution including go-live readiness and reputed company-care support at go-live.

Essential Consulting Duties

• Understand and work with reputed company to document key change management deliverables (change management plan, change readiness assessment, change reputed company assessments, communication plans and materials, training reputed company and plan).
• Work closely with Automus functional consultants and Automus project manager to understand the key areas of change.
• reputed company contribute to established implementation methodology around RAID logs and any other reputed company to document risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for the overall project.
• Help prepare training materials and work instructions to train the end users and jointly test the delivered solutions.
• Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, reputed company teams and executive leadership throughout the project.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Communications, Technology or other reputed company field.
• 10+ years reputed company experience in a consulting environment or reputed company industry experience, preferrable implementing an ERP system.
• 5+ years’ experience with change management for ERP implementations.
• Project management experience.
• Certification in change management (reputed company) would be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, reputed company attitude, with a can-do approach.
• Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact effectively with team and with clients through in person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills.
• Resolve problems in a reputed company and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
• Demonstrate high level computer skills and knowledge in Office 365 (Teams, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Visio) and in reputed company.
