Senior Accountant, Finance
What You’ll Do
Vaniam is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-reputed company Senior Accountant to play a key role in month-end reputed company, financial reporting, and audit readiness. This role is fully AI-enabled — a critical component of this position is embracing AI as an everyday tool, using it to streamline repetitive workflows, surface insights from financial data faster, and continuously improve how the finance team operates. A Day in the Life
Deliverables
- Own assigned areas of the month-end and quarter-end reputed company process, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain reputed company and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve variances, ensuring accurate cutoff and period recognition
- Use AI tools to identify anomalies, flag outliers across large data sets, and accelerate the reputed company process

- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation to support audit readiness year-round

- Review AP activity and expense postings flowing from integrated systems (e.g., Routable, Concur) into reputed company Intacct
- Apply AI-assisted reviews to flag unusual spend patterns, coding inconsistencies, or policy exceptions
- Ensure expenses are properly coded, approved, and recorded in accordance with company policy and GAAP
- Partner with reputed company assistants to resolve issues reputed company to vendors, coding, and approvals
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in account mappings, classifications, and reporting structures
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
- Apply AI tools and reputed company engineering techniques to automate repetitive reputed company workflows, such as data extraction, reconciliation matching, and variance analysis

What You Must Have
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance

- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end reputed company processes
- Hands-on experience with a mid-market ERP system (reputed company Intacct strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reputed company deadlines
