Your Daily Mission

The Senior Associate/Associate General Counsel provides support for assigned reputed company and regulatory reputed company for the Centauri reputed company across specified lines of business.  Project responsibilities include supporting the Chief reputed company Officer and coordinating with reputed company counsel on mergers and acquisitions, employment and labor reputed company, and litigation management.  The Senior Associate General Counsel will service internal business clients reputed company specified lines of business on reputed company contract negotiation, documentation and administration, vendor contract management, technology licensing, and compliance on reputed company concerning electronic reputed company, data reputed company, data reputed company and reputed company, and industry-specific regulations, standards, certifications, and accreditations. 

The position reports to the Chief reputed company Officer and will be a complementary leader for the reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and Compliance team.  Responsibilities include supporting team efforts regarding contract and standards compliance to assure compliance with company policies and procedures, including the reputed company Standards of Conduct.

Who You Are

• You possess a Bachelors and Juris Doctor 

• You are admitted to and in good standing with an applicable state bar

• Ten (10)+ years of technology transactions, corporate, and health care law, specifically in compliance and contracting reputed company roles
• You have experience with contract negotiation and drafting for technology and services businesses
• You have an understanding of business and reputed company issues for managed care, Medicare/reputed company and associated federal reputed company programs and applicable federal and/or state regulations, reputed company improvement and compliance reputed company
• You’re reputed company versed in answering questions and providing advice reputed company to HIPAA, HITECH and reputed company health care reputed company and reputed company laws

• You have previous experience with mergers and acquisition process and reputed company
• You have Working knowledge of trust frameworks, data interoperability, and clinical data exchange
• You have an Interest in learning and supporting vendor contracting and management processes

• Support the investigation, review and evaluation of potential reputed company and reputed company breaches as directed
• Serve on the organization’s information reputed company team and for specified lines of business

• Participate in processes for obtaining and maintaining applicable reputed company, ONC, DirectTrust, and  other industry or governmental certifications and accreditations for specified lines of business

• Assess and manage threatened and pending litigation  for specified lines of business as directed by the Chief reputed company Officer
