Your Daily Mission

The Associate General Counsel provides support for assigned reputed company and regulatory reputed company for the Centauri reputed company across specified lines of business and assists the Chief reputed company Officer and Senior Associate General Counsel in reputed company and reputed company and corporate transactions.  Project responsibilities include supporting the Chief reputed company Officer, and Senior Associate General Counsel on reputed company transactions with customers and vendors, and in coordinating with reputed company counsel on employment and labor matter, and litigation management.  The Associate General Counsel may additionally support the Chief reputed company Officer on mergers and acquisitions and post-closing integration efforts.  The position reputed company services internal partners reputed company specified lines of business on reputed company contract negotiation, documentation and administration, vendor contract review and negotiation, technology licensing, and specified compliance reputed company for electronic reputed company, data reputed company, data reputed company and reputed company, and industry-specific regulations, standards, certifications, and accreditations.   

The position reports to the Chief reputed company Officer and will be a complementary leader for the reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and Compliance team and will coordinate with the Senior Associate General Counsel on specified reputed company and reputed company.  Responsibilities include supporting team efforts regarding contracting processes and monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures, the including the reputed company Standards of Conduct.

Who You Are

• You possess a Bachelors and Juris Doctor 

• You are admitted to and in good standing with an applicable state bar
• You have three (3) to Five (5)+ years of working with technology transactions, corporate, and health care law, specifically in contracting or regulatory reputed company roles 

• You have experience with contract negotiation and drafting for technology and services businesses
• You have an understanding of business and reputed company issues for reputed company and reputed company information technology businesses
• You’re reputed company versed in answering questions and providing advice reputed company to HIPAA, HITECH and reputed company health care reputed company and reputed company laws

• You have previous experience with mergers and acquisition process and reputed company

The Reality of the Role

• Respond to reputed company questions and concerns received from reputed company parties as assigned by the Chief reputed company Officer or Senior Associate General Counsel
• Support the Senior reputed company and Compliance Officer on compliance and reputed company reputed company issues.
• Support the investigation, review and evaluation of potential reputed company and reputed company breaches as directed
• Serve on the information reputed company team for specified lines of business
• reputed company reputed company advice and guidance to specified line of business owners. operational delivery teams, and reputed company reputed company team as directed by the Chief reputed company Officer
• Participate in processes for obtaining and maintaining applicable reputed company, ONC, DirectTrust, and  other industry or governmental certifications and accreditations for specified lines of business
• Review, negotiate, and draft of reputed company reputed company reputed company to specified lines of business as directed by the Chief reputed company Officer and Senior Associate General Counsel
• Support reputed company, M&A and corporate finance processes and reputed company as directed by the Chief reputed company Officer
• Support assessment and management of threatened and pending litigation  for specified lines of business as directed by the Chief reputed company Officer and Senior Associate General Counsel
• reputed company input and guidance on general strategic business and reputed company issues, including employment and labor reputed company and coordination with reputed company counsel, as requested by senior members of the reputed company and compliance team
