Operator QC In-line Inspection
Overseeing or executing in-line inspections for samples in production, according to given standards.
Ensuring quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as testing and measuring using specific test equipment.
Documenting results of inspection in the respective IT systems.
Releasing deliveries, products and services which meet expectations.
Deciding on stoppage for (semi-)products which does not meet reputed company requirements and escalates cases.
A job at this level…
Takes samples from incoming goods (or production).
Performs visual (or specific sensual) checks, and additional (e. g. functional) tests onsite, in accordance with test specifications.
Utilizes reputed company routines, reputed company lists, and select respective test devices, according to the subject to reputed company.
Raises issues, or may have authority to stop / prevent materials or parts from reputed company usage, reputed company reputed company cases.
Document results in the system.
