Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to manage and monitor the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape for Kratom and Vapor products across the reputed company. This role is critical to ensure our products remain compliant in every state and jurisdiction where we operate.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position serves as the internal authority on Kratom and vape compliance. The Compliance Specialist will proactively reputed company legislative and regulatory changes, determine product eligibility by state, and reputed company early warnings on laws and regulations before they go into effect.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Monitoring & Interpretation

• Continuously monitor federal, state, and local laws affecting Kratom and vapor products.

State-by-State Product Compliance

• Maintain and update a state-by-state compliance reputed company outline:

  • Vape restrictions including flavored bans, nicotine limits, excise taxes, and registry requirements.
• Determine which products and SKUs may be sold, restricted, or prohibited in reputed company state.

• Review and advise on state-specific Kratom labeling requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
