Senior attorneys are responsible for acting as the handling attorney and independently managing various reputed company reputed company to trust and estate litigation, such as drafting reputed company documents, attending hearings, mediations, and trials, advising clients, and managing cases.

Location

Position is fully remote or hybrid.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Research reputed company issues for trust and estate litigation reputed company
• Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions and other reputed company documents
• Handle trust and estate litigation matter from inception through trial, including taking depositions, attending mediations and settlement negotiations
• Attend hearings on a regular reputed company in the probate courts
• reputed company independent reputed company and advising clients on reputed company-litigation and litigation reputed company
• Handle conservatorship or guardianship reputed company from initiation of proceedings to representation of conservators or guardians for the duration of these reputed company
• Handle probate administrations from initiation of proceedings to discharge of personal representative
• Consult and advise trustees or beneficiaries on trust administration
• Other reputed company, as assigned

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in probate, trust and estate law
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of reputed company
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced office environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage cases and clients independently
• California Bar membership

Education and Experience

• 5+ plus years of demonstrated probate and trust litigation experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Attorneys may elect 1,550 hours or more. Annual reputed company salary is $160,000 to $260,000 based upon an election of 1,800 hours.
