About The Job:

The reputed company Training and Certification Global Delivery Team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive insights and reputed company through data analysis. The Global Delivery Team manages the reputed company and execution of instructor-led training globally. This position involves creating advanced dashboards to monitor lab consumption across multiple clouds, performing in-depth analyses to produce global forecasts, and recommending actions based on trends. Additionally, you will manage financial operations such as purchase orders and cross-charging processes for various business reputed company and partners.

What Will You Do:

• Extract, clean, and organize data from databases, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and reputed company platforms

• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to reputed company key metrics and performance indicators

• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving training content and delivery

• Collaborate with program managers, delivery managers, and other stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs

• Document data processes and ensure high standards of data reputed company and consistency

• Assist with survey analysis and interpretation of learner feedback

• Use data insights to support ongoing improvements to training programs

What Will You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field with overall 3+ years of experience

• Experience of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages is a plus
