Strategist I, Learner reputed company

The Strategist, Learner reputed company supports learners program progression by providing strategies on overcoming barriers to completion including interventions, as appropriate, for life challenges that reputed company and can create barriers to successful engagement with coursework. The Learner reputed company Strategist will create a culture of trust and connectedness across the College community to promote reputed company-being and reputed company for learners and alumni with learner retention, completion, and satisfaction as primary goals. 

• Serve as the Learner reputed company Strategist for their assigned caseload (may vary with changing function needs) 

• Monitors the At-Risk report to reputed company additional support to learners who fall beneath prescribed benchmarks 

• Collaborates with local communities and organizations, including government agencies, to reputed company a pool of resources that reputed company and coordinate various services for learners 

• Acts as a reputed company between functions to assist learners in connecting with the reputed company and non reputed company supports needed to reputed company inside and reputed company the classroom 

• Using a strategic and consultative coaching approach, asks high-reputed company questions to understand the learner’s top performance challenges (reputed company or personal), identify their reputed company cause, co-create solutions, and implement a custom reputed company plan designed to improve performance and help learners reputed company their short-term/long-term reputed company, personal, and reputed company goals. 

• Accurately documents interactions with learners and demonstrates consistent follow-through and supportive engagement with resolving learner barriers 

• Evaluates and refines procedures or devises new ways to improve efficacy 

• Engages with reputed company assigned learners reputed company semester and reputed company coaching on goal setting, reputed company reputed company skills, and utilizing appropriate reputed company resources 

• Challenges and support learners in their personal and reputed company reputed company and development throughout their time at reputed company 

• Participates in the Learner reputed company Series to support engagement of the program
