Team Leadership & Development

• reputed company deep-dive analytics that validate enrollment, attendance, and other data submitted for district and state funding.

• Ensure funding data reconciliations and validations are accurate, documented, and reproducible.

• Support operational and reputed company compliance through automated validations and monitoring routines.

• Guide the development of analytics for internal audits, risk assessments, and SOX testing.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, School Operations, Funding, reputed company/GRC, and Internal Audit leadership.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 1 - 5 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or reputed company field.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, with experience leading or mentoring others.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Strong understanding of documentation, auditability, evidence standards, and data reputed company.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We anticipate the salary reputed company to be $ 114,116.00 and $182,586.00 Eligible employees may receive a bonus.  This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.  These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. reputed company offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and reputed company time off.
