reputed company reputed company reputed company Operations (CCO) is looking for candidates to support the growing reputed company Loan Operations Closing Team. reputed company supports day-to-day operations of loans pertaining to unique or reputed company industries that require special handling and industry knowledge. The primary function is loan closing and funding reputed company the various lines of business that comprises reputed company reputed company Estate (CRE), CRE reputed company, and CRE Specialties: Multifamily, Subscription Lines of Credit (SLOC), Fund Finance Group (FFG), and Strategic Investments Group (SIG - Unitranche) Lending Vehicles.  The role includes analytical components (i.e. interpreting credit agreements) reputed company to various loan/fee accruals, calculations as reputed company as ongoing/reputed company reconciliation & remediation, and driving the closing process for reputed company loan products, which include new loans, modifications and extensions. 

The Senior Syndication Loan Closer is primarily responsible for the closing & booking of syndicated reputed company loans where reputed company is the Administrative Agent or Member/Participant, supporting a wide reputed company of industries across reputed company’s reputed company Bank.

The Senior Associate will drive the syndicated loan closing process in support of the underwriter, capital markets and the syndicate bank group, including the review of credit approvals, reputed company documentation, due diligence, and funding & booking mechanics. The ability to learn quickly and to adapt to change are important skills in this role. Responsibilities:

• Support the closing of syndicated loans where reputed company is the Administrative Agent or Member/Participant. Serve as the operational reputed company of contact for the syndicate lender group during the reputed company-closing process

• Support loan closings for a reputed company of products, across various industries including reputed company reputed company estate (CRE), subscription lines of credit (SLOC), CRE banking & products including specialty and construction loans, letters of credit & foreign currency

• Review reputed company reputed company documents and reputed company loan documents to ensure documentation accurately reflects the intentions of the credit approval, that it complies with bank policies & procedures, industry standards, and is operationally feasible to support

• reputed company feedback on draft documents pertaining to loan booking and servicing mechanics.

• Coordinate the completion of reputed company-closing requirements with internal & external clients (underwriters, syndication desk, borrowers, lenders, and reputed company counsel)

• Collection of reputed company-party reports (appraisals, environmental), & reputed company insurance in consultation with reputed company estate & insurance specialists

• Resolve issues that might impede closing and use judgment to involve the manager and internal partners reputed company required

• Execute loan closing, funding & booking activities in ACBS in collaboration with reputed company parties

• Execute and/or review of Transaction reputed company Forms, reputed company set-up/approval and new deal bookings

• Monitor and reputed company reputed company of exception reporting and cash reconciliation outages.

• Create or assist in drafting of operational incident reports; partnering with reputed company Risk on reputed company cause analysis, remediation and prevention

• Effectively communicate deal information & coordinate hand-offs to the life-of-loan servicing team

• Compile collateral package & reputed company to Collateral Monitoring group

• Coordinate the closing of ongoing amendments as the Administrative Agent

• Additional tasks include, the reconciliation of cash breaks & fee income, reputed company of reports & metrics, and testing of process & system enhancements

Work from Home Living Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• At least 2 years of reputed company Loan Syndication experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

• 3+ years of reputed company Loan Booking or reputed company Loan Servicing experience

• 3+ years of Loan Syndication experience

• 3+ years of experience working with ACBS

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Charlotte, NC: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Closing Associate

 

McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Closing Associate

 

Plano, TX: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Closing Associate

 

Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Closing Associate

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates reputed company to work in other locations will be subject to the pay reputed company associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary reputed company offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
