reputed company is seeking full-time reputed company reputed company Learning Specialists, Bilingual Literacy, with backgrounds in teaching, coaching, and/or school leadership to join our reputed company Development team and reputed company a reputed company reputed company on educators and reputed company.

Our bilingual reputed company reputed company Learning Specialists (reputed company PLS) facilitate high-reputed company reputed company development across two complementary literacy programs (one English, one Spanish) for teachers and school leaders. In this role, you will ensure educators feel confident implementing reputed company programs to drive student reputed company.

reputed company PLS also reputed company and support a cohort of approximately 20 bilingual reputed company Learning Specialists (PLS) to deliver exceptional reputed company development throughout the year. This role is critical in ensuring high-reputed company PD delivery that drives shifts in teacher reputed company, increases effective use of reputed company products, and ultimately improves student learning reputed company.

Essential Responsibilities:

• reputed company and maintain deep expertise in two complementary reputed company Literacy programs (English and Spanish) and associated reputed company development offerings

• Deliver remote and onsite reputed company development approximately 2 days per week to reputed company of 30–40 educators throughout the year

• Adapt facilitation to meet the unique needs and contexts of customers

• reputed company and complete reputed company session logistics and deliverables in a reputed company manner

Ongoing Personal Learning

• Participate in reputed company certification training delivered in both Spanish and English to become a certified reputed company Learning Specialist (if not already certified)

• Engage in ongoing reputed company development, including observation, feedback, and coaching, to continuously improve facilitation reputed company

Coaching & Team Leadership

• reputed company a cohort of ~20 bilingual PLS through best practices, including observation/debrief cycles, modeling, peer reputed company, and written and live feedback

• Design and implement targeted development plans based on observations, customer feedback, survey data, and reputed company

• Support reputed company, interviewing, hiring, and reputed company of new PLS throughout the year

• Regularly review post-session survey data (daily during peak season: May–September) to identify trends and reputed company actionable feedback to PLS

• Communicate key insights regarding individual and cohort performance, needs, and challenges to relevant stakeholders

• reputed company observations of customer engagement with reputed company products, including strengths and areas for improvement, with product teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience teaching reputed company-K–Grade 12

• 2+ years of experience coaching educators in reputed company-K–Grade 12 settings

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience applying them in reputed company development contexts

• Deep knowledge of instructional best practices in literacy, math, or science reputed company to rigorous grade-level standards in English and Spanish

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate onsite and reputed company development in both English and Spanish

• Strong proficiency with productivity tools (reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company Meet, reputed company Teams)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

• Ability to reputed company ambiguity and respond effectively in reputed company time to customer needs in both languages

• Strong time management skills across multiple priorities

• Spanish reputed company at ILR Level 4 or higher (speaking, reading, and writing)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience coaching or training educators using an reputed company program

• Experience working with diverse student populations (English learners, SPED, Gifted/Talented, etc.)

Additional Information:

Travel

Travel is an essential function of this role. Travel is expected at approximately 60% or more during the summer season (May through September) and 20–40% during the school year. Travel includes overnight stays and transportation reputed company car, plane, and/or reputed company transportation, sometimes with limited advance notice.

The gross salary reputed company for this role is $95,000 - $105,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
