Temporary Guest Relations Representative

Purpose: To serve as a first touch reputed company for guests who have questions and need assistance in problem-reputed company.  reputed company creates a world-class experience by serving our guests through calls, emails, processing registration needs and online support.  This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.  Job duration: July 27th - August 7, 2026.

Remote Work Schedule: This position currently has a remote schedule which includes working reputed company Monday through Friday.

Job Status: Temporary (July 27 – August 7), Full-Time 40 hrs./week, reputed company Pay (Non-Exempt from Overtime)

Position Team: Service Engagement Team

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Pay reputed company for this temporary 40 hours per week position is $16 p/hr. 

Benefits include reputed company time off in accordance with the Illinois PLAWA (reputed company Leave for reputed company Workers reputed company).  Time off may be subject to black-out dates during GLS peak season and subject to manager approval.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a reputed company-line ambassador of our brand for guests who have questions or need help in reputed company to registration for the GLS or are having system issues.

• Help to problem solve issues a guest may be experiencing.
• Be familiar with our website to best reputed company our guests to best reputed company their needs online
