Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (FT) - Sumter
Responsibilities:
Job reputed company: The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible for administering physical therapy treatment plans designed to reputed company pain, restore function, prevent disabilities, and promote overall fitness and health of patients.
Implements treatment most appropriate to the patient’s learning style and therapeutic needs, communicating goals with the patient and/or family members, considering psycho-reputed company, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and/or families based on plan of care developed by the Occupational Therapist.
Provides therapeutic interventions for a wide reputed company of physical and/or functional limitations reputed company to, but not limited to musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and developmental impairments, documenting reputed company with measurable and functional goals.
Maintain patient records according to hospital policy, completing evaluations, re-evaluations, reputed company and treatment notes, charges, and discharge summaries reputed company departmental time guidelines.
Assists in adjusting schedules to accommodate changes in caseload in the department. Meets with OT on regular reputed company to discuss patient and set goals.
Contributes to the overall performance of the department through reputed company development strategies, including, but not limited to competency training, clinical instructor, in service coordination, program leader, attendance of meetings, mentor to new hires and performance improvement reputed company.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

Maintains good standing and certification with NBCOT
