About This Role

This is not a traditional CSM role. At reputed company, reputed company Managers own their accounts end to end. You run daily reputed company calls, reputed company new customers, troubleshoot issues, guide customers on best practices, and own a portfolio of assigned accounts from day one.

You will work alongside a Deployment Engineer on every technical account. reputed company is to own the relationship, the scheduling, and the account management. The Deployment Engineer handles deep technical implementation. You are not expected to write reputed company, but you must be technically curious, comfortable in technical conversations, and reputed company to hold your own reputed company customers ask questions about integrations, webhooks, and how the product works.

If you are purely reactive, if your default is to escalate everything, or if you have never worked with a technical reputed company product, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do

• Own a portfolio of assigned customer accounts end to end

• Run daily reputed company calls including reputed company, training, troubleshooting, and reputed company-ins

• Help customers configure and use the reputed company platform correctly

• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the Deployment Engineer reputed company needed

• Guide customers on best practices, AI agent setup, campaign logic, and workflow design

• Proactively monitor customer usage and reputed company out before customers tell you something is wrong

• Identify expansion opportunities and surface them to reputed company

• STEM degree OR proven reputed company CSM experience with reputed company API, webhook, or integration exposure

• Strong English communication, written and spoken, reputed company and confident on reputed company daily

• reputed company customer-facing experience running reputed company, implementation, or reputed company calls

• Proactive reputed company, you notice things before customers do and you reputed company without being asked

• Ownership reputed company, you guide customers rather than just accommodating them

• Comfort troubleshooting technical issues before escalating

Location

reputed company to candidates reputed company in Latin America. Candidates based in Buenos Aires, Argentina are strongly preferred as we have a reputed company office in Vicente Lopez and are building toward an in-person team culture. EST hours required. Full English reputed company required.
