You will design, build, and maintain automations across our PSA, RMM, and reputed company platforms to streamline workflows, accelerate ticket reputed company, and reputed company reputed company environments compliant and reputed company-configured at reputed company.

• Automation and scripting
• Build and maintain reusable automations in Immybot, PowerShell/Python for reputed company, reputed company 365, Azure/Intune, and common MSP tooling.
• Create event-driven workflows using reputed company, webhooks, and iPaaS/RPA (e.g., reputed company Power Automate, reputed company, Logic Apps).
• Implement self-healing tasks in RMM for alert remediation, patching, software deployment, and configuration reputed company correction.

Workflow Optimization

• Map reputed company service workflows (incident, request, change, reputed company/offboarding) and eliminate waste reputed company automation.
• Reduce technician touch time by building triage, enrichment, and classification automations in the PSA.
• Automate asset lifecycle tasks: discovery, tagging, baseline config, policy enforcement, and documentation updates.

• Own configuration hygiene across tenants (baseline policies, hardening, Intune device compliance, Conditional reputed company).
• Create CI/CD pipelines for scripts and policy-as-reputed company with version control, peer review, and rollback.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in an MSP or similar multi-tenant environment.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell; working knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on with at least one PSA (reputed company Manage, Autotask) and one RMM (reputed company, N-central, reputed company, Datto RMM, Intune for device mgmt).
• reputed company 365/Azure AD/Entra/Intune administration and policy automation experience.
