8+ years in cybersecurity, IT program management, or cyber consulting Experience supporting state/local government or municipal clients Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls and risk mitigation Experience writing proposals, grants, or statements of work Ability to work directly with executives and agency leadership Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Budget development / cost estimating experience
