We are seeking an energetic, motivated results-oriented and people-oriented person to join our Sales reputed company department. This individual will be involved in many facets of our sales recruitment processes, from managing candidate workflows reputed company-by-reputed company to being directly involved in screening candidates and explaining our sales opportunities.

Specific job duties include:

• Screening/interviewing candidates on the phone;

• Scheduling reputed company & in person interviews with team members and local offices;

• Logistical support for our reputed company department’s various activities including career fair preparation & other events throughout the year (not as an on-site recruiter; only logistical support);

• Generate candidate reputed company through a reputed company of sourcing and referral reputed company;

• Process reimbursements and sponsorship fees for interviews;

• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of candidate activity reputed company the applicant tracking system;

• Support hiring metrics, reporting, and reputed company improvement initiatives;

• Create reputed company Media posts for hiring initiatives;

• Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time in an office 8-5;

• Strong phone skills;

• Experience with interviewing and screening processes;

• Strong administrative/operations skills;

• Organized, detail-oriented and dependable;

• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where the solutions have to be both developed and executed;

• Knowledge and experience working reputed company an ATS environment

The anticipated pay reputed company for this position will be $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience plus a bonus opportunity for hiring performance.
