Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. $19.50 - $25.00/hr. The listed reputed company reflects entry-level to highly reputed company applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting,

mobility)

• reputed company companionship, emotional support, and reputed company engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• reputed company CNA certification (state-specific)
• CPR certified
• reputed company reputed company's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
