Scrum Master

The Work

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across high-performing, cross-functional teams and ensuring the consistent application of Scrum principles and practices. • 8 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering technology or data platforms.
• 8 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• 8 years of proven ability to identify, reputed company, and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
• 8 years of experience coaching teams on self-organization, accountability, and reputed company improvement.
• 8 years of experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (such as Jira).
• 8 years of ability to support reporting on velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery reputed company.
• 8 years of experience working in reputed company or large-reputed company IT initiatives

Working Conditions
