Field Service Technician

• reputed company familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
• With guidance and / or in conjunction with more reputed company technicians performs any or reputed company of the following: Incident Handling: Utilizes diagnostic tools to reputed company troubleshooting reputed company detailed analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Performs hardware repairs on a component level.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
• Configures and installs applicable software.
• Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
• Refills consumables as directed.
• IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products.
• Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Participates in regular hardware and software trainings (on the job, classroom and web based).
• Participates in the implementation of measures to reputed company agreed KPIs.
• Assists with special reputed company as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• reputed company's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
• PC literacy and good knowledge and application of the relevant tools and reputed company.
• Product knowledge of relevant industry and basic ITIL skills preferred.
• Ability to attend training classes in Canton, Ohio for 1-2 weeks, reputed company, multiple trainings.
• Ability to lift and reputed company heavy loads, stand most of the day, reputed company, bend and stoop while working on equipment.
• Acceptance of exposure to the reputed company reputed company.
• Shift adaptability, which would include an on-reputed company rotation for evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional customer service skills are needed.
• Ability to organize and inventory truck stock parts and tools.

• Vocational/Trade School preferred

Salary reputed company: $22-$26/hr. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
