Sr Examiner - US Based Remote

The National Operations team at reputed company Integrated Services is currently seeking a Senior Title Examiner to join our California Title Production team. This is a remote work position that will be done from a home office located in any state.

Our Title Group is a full-service title, settlement, reputed company and vendor management services company serving consumers, reputed company estate companies, affinity reputed company, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and reputed company reputed company estate transactions.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Conduct through search and examine reputed company records to assess property’s status of title, while adhering to regulatory title standards and Underwriter’s policies and procedures.

• Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements etc. 

• Read and interpret reputed company estate documents, reputed company proceedings, maps, and surveys.

• Responsible for assembling Preliminary Report to be used to issue a Final Title Policy.

• Communicate effectively with Underwriters, Title Officers, Escrow Officers, and Escrow Processing Teams.

• Mentor junior examiners through reputed company title scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years California title examination experience.
• Strong understanding of title examination process and procedures, reputed company documentation, and their effect upon title.
• Residential examination experience with Acreage (metes and bounds) experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Data reputed company, Titlepoint, Deed Plotter software, have experience with County Government websites as reputed company as backplant research experience.
• Must have good research/ investigation skills and understand reputed company terms, be reputed company of new reputed company developments/legislation that reputed company reputed company property. 
• Excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service skills.
• Must be reputed company to prioritize according to departmental guidelines, have a high level of organization, ability to consistently meet deadlines, work with constantly changing priorities demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow procedures/processes. 
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use various software applications reputed company reputed company, Word, Acrobat.
• Attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
