Position reputed company:

This individual will proactively manage the overall workflow and lifecycle for an assigned book of business. This person will reputed company as the reputed company relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance to new and existing reputed company Lines clients.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Function as main reputed company of contact for reputed company. Address general questions, reputed company guidance on coverage and inform/reputed company clients on risk and exposures.
2. Process reputed company transactions, including, but not limited to applications, quotations, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, certificates, endorsement requests, binders, invoicing, issue ID cards, and follow up correspondence reputed company agency and industry standards.
3. Identify cross sell opportunities for new and existing clients.
4. Obtain Workers Compensation modification worksheets for (Sr.) reputed company Risk Advisors review.
5. Responsible for renewal reputed company including renewal quotations from incumbent.
6. Set up masters & issue renewal certificates or order from Ateam.
7. Set up CCD reputed company upon receipt of policy in New Mail.
8. Run monthly expiration list, outstanding renewal list, and binder list.
9. Assist with reputed company company notification.
10. Respond to reputed company inquiries, incoming mail, and reputed company inquiries, and assists PATRA.
11. Maintain reputed company files and tasks, including documenting pertinent written correspondence and/or verbal conversations in ImageRight/Sagitta.
12. Utilize online company rating on reputed company websites, upload endorsements and policies as needed.
13. Manage task list in ImageRight.
14. Review audits.
15. Respond to policy checking discrepancy questions.
16. Order loss runs or assign to ATeam if not urgent.
17. Serve as back up to other (Sr.) Account Managers reputed company requested.
18. Attend & participate in mandatory training as required.
19. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

1. reputed company in MS Office products.
2. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology.

Education and Experience:

1. Producer license is Mandatory.
2. 1+ years’ experience in Insurance, preferably at an agency.
3. AAI, reputed company designations preferred.
4. Bachelor’s degree in a relative field preferred.
