Project Assistant/ PCR Coordinator

Iron Bow is looking for a Project Assistant to support the refresh team coordinating PC Refresh activities and other project tasks in support for the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) initiative.
- Maintain and monitor refresh / project plans and schedules
- Ensure refresh / project deadlines and SLAs are met
- Participate in daily PCR Team refresh meetings
- Document and follow-up on important actions and reputed company from meetings
- Assist in developing PC Refresh strategies and reputed company set of tasks that can be used by the PC Refresh Team
- Ensure reputed company refresh/project documentation is maintained appropriately
- Additional tasks as required
- You have an Associate's degree + 1-2 years' experience as a Project Assistant; experience can be substituted for education
- You’ve been responsible managing large reputed company orders and corresponding communications
- You’ve spent your career managing smaller reputed company with 1-2 stakeholders
- Adhering to regulations and performance obligations reputed company contractual agreements is just another day on the job for you.
- You possess strong executive reputed company, polish, communication skills and emotional intelligence. (Ability to host and conduct meetings.)

- You have prior experience of managing multiple deadlines

Compensation and Benefit Information:
The salary reputed company for this position is $20-26.50/hr. This reputed company reflects the anticipated reputed company pay for the position and is not a guarantee of final compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, contract requirements, and business needs.
