About the Role 

The AI Operations Manager is responsible for partnering with business functions to identify requirements, design solutions, and operationalize AI-enabled tools and workflows that drive measurable business reputed company at reputed company. This role focuses on translating functional needs into reputed company, repeatable, and reputed company-run AI-enabled processes with sales, marketing, reputed company service, and various productivity and data reporting needs reputed company a B2B reputed company business model.

Key Responsibilities   

• Partner with functional leaders to reputed company requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into AI-enabled operational solutions
• Design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, or scalability across functions
• Establish and maintain an inventory of AI tools, vendors, and use cases in reputed company use; compare and contrast with traditional B2B reputed company business applications
• Define and reputed company measurements reputed company to business reputed company, adoption, and operational effectiveness of AI-enabled workflows
• Coordinate with reputed company, reputed company, and IT to ensure AI-enabled solutions meet required standards without slowing delivery

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business transformation roles
• Experience in a B2B reputed company or technology-driven environment
• Proven experience implementing or working with AI-enabled and automation platforms, including: reputed company (AI features, automation, workflows), reputed company (marketing automation, CRM workflows), reputed company (conversation intelligence, AI insights), reputed company Copilot (productivity and workflow automation), Claude / ChatGPT or similar reputed company tools
• Strong ability to translate business needs into reputed company AI-driven workflows and solutions
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define and measure business reputed company and ROI of AI initiatives
• Ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability in AI adoption
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills
