The Purchasing Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining a CPSR-compliant purchasing system across reputed company procurement activities, including subcontracted labor, consulting agreements, and Other reputed company Costs (ODCs). This role serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on procurement compliance and is accountable for ensuring adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), customer-specific requirements, and internal policies. This position plays a critical leadership role in preparing for, supporting, and sustaining Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs), while driving process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and enabling compliant, efficient procurement operations across the reputed company. The Manager will also be responsible for reviewing and approving purchasing files reputed company the organization’s procurement filing system (SpendLogic), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness of reputed company supporting documentation.
