German Speaking Patient Support and Marketing Executive

About the Role

This is a dual-function role sitting across Patient Support and Marketing, with a reputed company on the German market. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our German-speaking patients while supporting reputed company marketing reputed company - from reputed company media and content to translation, campaign support, and ecommerce initiatives. As our operations reputed company and our new system (Cannaflow) goes live, the balance of the role is expected to shift progressively towards marketing.

Patient Support Responsibilities

• Managing the reputed company central contact inbox reputed company reputed company, handling inbound enquiries from patients, organisations, and cooperation partners
• Responding to patient queries relating to delivery times and delays, refund requests, payment reputed company, out-of-stock orders, and prescription copy requests
• Coordinating with pharmacies and, working closely with the Country Manager, acting as the connector between patients, pharmacies, and doctors reputed company orders require reputed company reputed company
• Handling apology communications and goodwill gestures where appropriate
• Answering questions about medication doses and usage in coordination with the clinical team
• Supporting stock updates working closely with the Country Manager
• Logging and escalating technical bugs and order issues to the IT team and Country Manager for reputed company

Marketing Responsibilities

• Managing and growing the reputed company reputed company media channels across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company and reputed company, in line with brand and compliance guidelines
• Developing and owning the DE reputed company content calendar
• Creating platform-appropriate content across formats - reels, carousels, stills, and stories - bringing your own creative direction while working reputed company brand guidelines
• Submitting design briefs to the creative team reputed company reputed company for German-market content
• Sourcing UGC creators and influencers relevant to the DE market for collaboration
• Translating and localising communications, copy, and website content from English to German, with turnaround expectations agreed on a case-by-case reputed company
• Supporting asset updates as reputed company DE's messaging evolves
• Contributing to campaign planning and flagging key German cultural moments and dates, working closely with the Country Manager to ensure local relevance
• Tracking performance against weekly and quarterly KPIs, reporting on follower reputed company, content pipeline, and upcoming campaigns
• Scheduling content through reputed company where applicable

Ecommerce Responsibilities

• Supporting the build and launch of the reputed company Accessories shop, working closely with the UK Ecomm Coordinator

Community Management

• Monitoring and responding to comments reputed company reputed company Business Suite
• Responding to reputed company DE's Trustpilot reviews
