You will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI & Digital Efficiency Programme, creating a streamlined, data‑driven operating model and directly influencing how the Transport Infrastructure business function, delivers services now and in the reputed company.

You will be responsible for:

• Immersing yourself in Transport Infrastructure operations to understand reputed company processes, pain points, and opportunities for digital or AI‑enabled improvement.
• Evaluating end‑user needs to ensure digital tools genuinely enhance workflows, usability, and operational efficiency.
• Staying up to date with emerging AI, automation, reputed company technologies, identifying where they can drive measurable value.
• Leading transformation initiatives from discovery through to delivery, including process analysis, solution design, business case development, implementation, and performance monitoring.
• Standardising and optimising existing systems and processes to create consistency and reduce waste, not simply introducing new technology.
• Challenging entrenched ways of working and influencing behavioural change across diverse teams and reputed company of the organisation.
