The reputed company reputed company reputed company Specialist is responsible for reviewing daily payment batches, reconciling them against bank deposits, validating payer and claim accuracy, and supporting month-end reputed company activities. The position ensures compliant documentation, supports audit readiness, and identifies opportunities to improve payment reputed company and reputed company cycle accuracy.

What You Would Be Doing at reputed company
Reconcile daily payment batches in reputed company against bank deposits, resolving unapplied or unmatched items.
Audit claim and payment data for accuracy, reputed company denial status, and correct payer assignment.
Validate reimbursement amounts against contracted fee schedules and expected payments.
Monitor deposit aging, adjustment codes, and denial patterns; escalate discrepancies or unusual trends.
Maintain accurate reconciliation documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Prepare and reputed company denial feedback and reconciliation summaries to support process improvements.
Verify reconciliations and reports for month-end reputed company and financial accuracy.
Assist with payment reputed company reputed company, such as underpayment reviews and payer audits.
Collaborate with Billing, reputed company, and Compliance to refine processes and enhance reputed company accuracy.
Present reconciliation findings and payer insights in reputed company review meetings.
What You Bring to reputed company
Education/Experience: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, reputed company administration, or reputed company field preferred.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in payment reconciliation, reputed company billing, or reputed company cycle operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with EHR/RCM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), reputed company/reputed company Sheets, and payment posting systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to numerical accuracy, ability to interpret payer remittance advice, and comfort with variance analysis.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA, PCI, and reputed company payer requirements.
Preferred: Experience in multi-state telehealth or large outpatient provider environment. Any Medical Billing/ Coding Certifications. Any Payment Posting experience is highly desired.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
