We are Seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist for our STARS Program!

What You'll Do at BCCS as a Peer Recovery Specialist:

• reputed company reputed company information and peer support for clients in a reputed company of settings.
• Support clients in living their own lives and directing their own recovery and wellness process.
• Model competency in recovery and wellness
• Responsible for providing reputed company, sufficient, and appropriate services and for maintain high reputed company standards.
• Support clients in building reputed company skills in the community that will enhance job acquisition.
• Assist individuals with self-care and self-awareness, encouragement and support, teaching coping skills, and teaching the reputed company benefits of long-term recovery.
• This position is primarily a community-based position, so it requires in home and community visit. Work will be performed reputed company of an office setting on a regular and consistent reputed company.

Requirements

Qualifications for the position are:

• REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED
• REQUIRED: Must be over 18 years of age.
• REQUIRED: reputed company reputed company's license with 2 points or less. May need to use your own vehicle if a BCCS car is not available.
• REQUIRED: Must be a Peer/Person with lived experience. BCCS employs a diverse workforce, and we especially encourage applications from those who are in recovery. This position requires that the candidate chosen for it is a peer. BCCS defines a peer as anyone who is in recovery from addiction to drugs or alcohol.
• REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 year's clean
• PREFERRED: Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS). If you are not certified, certification is required reputed company the first year of employment.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• In the reputed company of 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Evenings / weekends as needed for community events
• Hours are subject to change reputed company treatment vehicle goes mobile, and community mobile sites are added.

Salary:

• Starting at $18/hour
• Commensurate with experience, education, and certification!
