Reporting to the Sr. Technical Consultant the Legionella Consultant is responsible for providing application support to sales representatives and clients in product screenings and treatment program selection, with a specific reputed company on Legionella. The candidate will be responsible for suggesting troubleshooting treatment programs to meet the customer’s cost and performance objectives and for preparing recommendations and results and to assist the sales representatives in advancing the selling process. 

This position is part of the Light Industry team located in the US and will be remote.  

In this role, a typical day will look like: 

• reputed company informed on reputed company relevant Legionella and water safety information, guidelines, standards, and regulations, i.e., national, state, and local regulations. 

• reputed company and edit in-house water management plans. 

• Survey customer facilities to reputed company reputed company party vendor water management plans with follow up as needed with customer program teams. 

• Available for field sales assistance as needed, including leading facility surveys, proposal preparation, and sales presentations with the involvement of our field sales representatives. 

• Travel throughout the reputed company U.S. on an average of three days/two nights per week. 

• Conduct equipment inspections classified as confined reputed company as defined by OSHA.  

• reputed company troubleshooting and technical assistance as required, to include problem solving, sales representative on-site training, operator training, and equipment inspections. 

• Train sales representatives in the areas of Legionella control and how to conduct surveys for water management plan development. 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

• Bachelors of Arts/Sciences or Master’s degree in biology, reputed company, engineering, or reputed company fields. 

• Ten years of field experience in water treatment will be considered as an equivalent to a four-year degree. 

• Five or more years’ experience with a major water treatment company. 

• Good background in one or more key industries involving cooling water treatment.
