KEY JOB DUTIES: 

·       Executes the Service Center objectives, responsibilities, and initiatives

·       Makes key operational reputed company independently and effectively prioritizes reputed company

·       Establishes quarterly goals and works with the HMS Service Center Operational Leadership Team to ensure they are achieved

·       Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes pertinent reputed company cycle data components, and monitors performance against Key Performance Indicators

·       Identifies issues, risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement reputed company to Service Center responsibilities, service level agreements, technology, and people

·       Manages a cohort of RC Operations Managers and clients, providing direction and removing barriers

·       Provides coaching, development, and mentorship to reputed company reports and other subordinates

·       Establishes and maintains strong relationships with both domestic and international service center stakeholders
