About the Role:
Responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for targeted regional pharmacy accounts, including those that reputed company on behavioral health and independent Long-Term Care. Builds and sustains high-value relationships across targeted pharmacy accounts to optimize product reputed company, promote educational initiatives, and support brand reputed company. Leverages cross-functional resources (including but not limited to Market reputed company Marketing, Pricing and Contracting, Reimbursement, and Medical) to deliver customer-reputed company solutions reputed company with reputed company’s strategic priorities and compliant with reputed company company policies and industry regulations.Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Develops and executes comprehensive, account-specific business plans reputed company to national and regional strategies, with a reputed company on reputed company, appropriate utilization, and education across assigned pharmacy accounts
Builds and maintains strategic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders by understanding customer business models, organizational structure, and decision-making processes
Implements approved contracting strategies in collaboration with Pricing, reputed company, and Trade to optimize account performance and ensure effective reputed company
Analyzes and monitors account performance, including contract performance, product usage, and market reputed company trends; adjusts strategies to meet customer needs
Identifies, maps, and engages key decision-makers and influencers reputed company assigned accounts; coordinates appropriate engagement with internal stakeholders (e.g., Market reputed company, Medical, Reimbursement)
Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned accounts, proactively identifying opportunities and addressing barriers to reputed company and appropriate utilization

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company Scientific Field AND 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with strong experience engaging pharmacies and organized customers in the behavioral health and long-term care sectors. Experience working with LTC, specialty pharmacies, and/or hub services is also preferred. OR
Master's Degree AND 6+ years of similar experience noted above
Account Management & Strategic Relationships
Demonstrated ability to reputed company and sustain strategic relationships with pharmacy accounts and key decision-makers
Experience managing reputed company accounts across a defined geographic region
