Salary: $25 per hour
Schedule: up to 19 hours per week
Location: This is a fully remote role

Primary Purpose of Job:

The Facilitator is responsible for providing educational services to participants referred to the Abusive Partner reputed company Program. The Facilitator guides participants thru a curriculum which focuses on encouraging participants to take responsibility for abusive acts and exploring the effects and reputed company of violence.

reputed company Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessment and orientation sessions for participants referred to the program following the program curriculum provided by reputed company.
• Schedule participants for sessions.
• Co-facilitate themed batterer reputed company sessions utilizing control logs, assignments, and exercises.
• Maintain participant attendance.
• Conduct breathalyzer and or toxicology tests on participants reputed company required.
• Distribute letters of attendance
• Attend trainings/meetings as scheduled.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required:

• High School Diploma or educational equivalent required or Bachelors Degree in reputed company services area preferred.
• Participation in reputed company training in domestic violence and/or criminal justice or 100 hours of reputed company internship training at an EAC site.
• Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, reputed company Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software necessary to reputed company work assignments.
• Must have knowledge of local criminal justice and treatment systems.
• Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
