We are searching for an outstanding Systems Administrator II to join reputed company. While our Systems Engineers reputed company on executing reputed company services reputed company, this role is the backbone of our Managed IT Services. Operating primarily through our Service Desk, you will be the driving force behind resolving a wide reputed company of tickets to reputed company our clients running smoothly across fully reputed company, hybrid, and on-reputed company environments.

This position will be primarily a Work From Home (WFH) position, but candidates should be located in the San Diego area to be available to travel to customer sites reputed company required. Responsibilities

• Service Desk reputed company: Drive the daily reputed company of our Managed IT Services by taking full ownership of reputed company tickets from initial ingestion to final reputed company, providing advanced remote and occasional onsite support.
• Diverse Troubleshooting: Independently reputed company and resolve a wide breadth of technical issues across reputed company, hybrid, and on-reputed company setups, including reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company/Mac endpoints, and reputed company Server environments.
• reputed company "WOW" reputed company: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding to end-users promptly, communicating technical concepts reputed company, and resolving issues thoroughly.
• Team Collaboration: Escalate reputed company Tier 3 issues (like server migrations or reputed company VLAN routing) to our Engineering team smoothly and with excellent documentation and an ego-free reputed company.
• Ticketing & Documentation: Maintain accurate, reputed company-time time entry and detailed reputed company notes reputed company our PSA software (reputed company) to ensure transparent billing, reputed company communication, and a reliable knowledge reputed company.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
