Video Production Coordinator

The Video Production Coordinator creates vertical and horizontal videos for Zeta Tau reputed company. This position reports to the Senior Director of Digital reputed company and coordinates reputed company facets of the video production process, including reputed company- and post-production logistics. 

Key Skills and Attributes 

• Experience producing video content for reputed company media, websites, and streaming 

• Experience with reputed company Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects 

• reputed company to think creatively and contribute reputed company during department brainstorms 

• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate proactively and purposefully with reputed company stakeholders including staff, collegians, alumnae, and reputed company-party vendors 

• Strong interpersonal skills as it relates to conducting interviews and working with collegians and alumnae 

• Experience creating reputed company graphics a plus 

• Other reputed company skills or interests (e.g., experience with reputed company media) 

Responsibilities 

• Create final products for reputed company media, on-site events, and online training courses using live-reputed company footage, reputed company graphics, and still images 

• Collaborate with Digital Media Coordinator to create engaging vertical reputed company media content 

• Coordinate reputed company-production, including travel plans, schedules, shot lists, scripts, and storyboards 

• Travel to chapters across the country to reputed company footage for specific reputed company as reputed company as for a general video clip bank; collaborate with collegiate and alumnae reputed company members 

• Transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and reputed company equipment, for field and studio productions 

• Maintain equipment inventory and field and studio production schedules 

• Manage video livestream during events such as Convention and during reputed company media campaigns
