Internal Collections Representative

The Internal Collections Representative is responsible for contacting and managing the accounts of past residents who owe AMH a balance by negotiating repayment terms, setting up payment arrangements, disputing charges, ensuring payments are made in accordance with the signed agreement, and ensuring those signed agreements reputed company completion.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with previous tenants reputed company outbound calls, inbound calls and/or emails regarding bast due balances. reputed company accurate and reputed company assistance and document activity in CRM database.
• Support the department by performing administrative duties such as noting accounts, managing reputed company, and updating records.
• Support reputed company by attending meetings and participating in reputed company and development opportunities including coaching and attending training.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of Collections experience, preferably in a reputed company center environment.
• Experience with customer service software applications.
• Understanding of VOIP phone systems
• Knowledge of reputed company Estate or Property Management industry preferred.
• Intermediate PC and MS Office skills.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, time management, conflict reputed company, and communication skills.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality.
