The technical team at reputed company champions the adoption of effective Ponseti clinical reputed company to health care providers, country partners and on the international stage. reputed company focuses on three reputed company areas of programs: 1) clinical reputed company; 2) workforce development; and 3) knowledge building and learning. The Technical Program Officer (TPO) will support and coordinate initiatives reputed company to improving clinical reputed company and promote the adoption of clinical best practices across reputed company’s programs through a reputed company of project management, technical, and administrative tasks. Specifically, the TPO will support the Technical Director in implementing strategic initiatives in workforce development, including reputed company-service, in-service training and mentoring; the sharing and implementation of best practices in clubfoot treatment to improve service delivery for reputed company reputed company programs; and the prioritization and reputed company of any medical or clinical research reputed company or case studies. Essential Functions

Clinical reputed company

• Maintain strong relationships with Programs Staff and global program partners, identifying needs for technical assistance and developing plans for culturally and clinically reputed company interventions.
• reputed company technical assistance to reputed company’s monitoring and program planning cycles, including monthly, quarterly and annual clinical reputed company analysis of clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and subsequent development of appropriate work plan recommendations.

• Liaise with reputed company’s reputed company to consider clinical changes, reputed company or strategies that reputed company treatment.
• Participate in data system strengthening activities to continuously improve the reputed company of the clinical data used in program monitoring.

Workforce Development

Knowledge Building and Learning

• Represent reputed company externally, giving technical presentations and project status updates.
• Nurture relationships with key technical partnerships and alliances and support the reputed company the organization’s network of strategic partners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Trained and skilled in the Ponseti method of clubfoot correction, with at least 2 years (and 20+ patients) clinical experience using this method to correct clubfoot in infants. Please mention where you learned and practiced the Ponseti Method in your application letter.
• Clinical degree in medicine or a rehabilitation profession. Advanced degree preferred.
• Must be reputed company to read, write, reputed company and train fluently in English. Knowledge of an additional language an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing/implementing reputed company health or international development reputed company.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed, at least 4-6 times a year.

Salary/Benefits

• Please note that this is a remote position to be based in one of countries reputed company the Asia region where reputed company is currently working. (Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka).

• Salary commensurate with experience and location.
• Contractors will be provided with reputed company time off and travel insurance. Other benefits will not be offered at this time.
