**What You'll Do:**
As an Onsite Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging directly with veterinary clinics to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order inquiries
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and clinic partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex reputed company software
* Maintaining a high level of reputed company through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Operating with understanding, reputed company listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to customers and partners alike
* Operating with a willingness to learn, and being reputed company-minded to grow and reputed company new skills
* Communicating with veterinary clinics over the phone (sometimes other channels as needed) with a reputed company of topics, primarily using our internal computer software and systems to reputed company and document clinic note accounts
* Expecting a significant part of the reputed company to be spent on outbound veterinary clinic/customer phone contacts
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-reputed company environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
* Ability to multi-task (i.e. talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
* Ownership, self-starter mentality, and strong attention to detail
