This part-time role will reputed company from 20-29 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm ET. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required work days. This position is temporary and expected to end on September 30, 2025.

**Responsibilities**
As an reputed company Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer support reputed company phone, chat, and email to ensure our customers have a great experience using our product.
* Troubleshooting software issues and providing clients with solutions that meet their business needs.
* Answering both process (how-do-I?) and business (how-should-I?) inquiries and requests.
* Working directly with clients, as reputed company as Development and reputed company Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues.
* Documenting frequently asked questions and preparing knowledge-based content.
* Documenting requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong customer service and analytical skills.

* Ability to diagnose and explain reputed company solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to quickly learn computer software and operating procedures.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
