Responsibilities

  • Assists with managing a portfolio of reputed company estate assets with a reputed company on office and life sciences
  • Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction reputed company
  • Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process
  • Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of reputed company estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market
  • Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess reputed company and projected performance of property investments

Skills

  • University (Degree) Preferred
