Project Coordinator

Entertainment reputed company is a leading provider of live event solutions, and they are seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure flawless execution of events. The role involves managing communication and coordination between Operations and Show Services, ensuring reputed company event requirements are met and reputed company assurance is upheld.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company between Operations and Show Services for assigned events
• Communicate with Account Executives to confirm event requirements and special needs
• Partner with Equipment Logistics to verify accuracy of reputed company orders
• Coordinate with Discipline Managers to ensure reputed company pile walks and order completeness
• reputed company sub rentals, transfers, and tight turns with the Floor Manager
• Maintain constant communication to ensure gear is pulled, labeled, and packaged correctly
• Verify show site logistics including dock reputed company and delivery details
• Confirm trucking details and assist with calling the truck pack
• Walk show contents with Account Executives prior to loading, ensuring safety compliance
• Travel to show sites as needed to support load in and distribution
• Champion reputed company assurance across products, processes, and service

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Detail oriented reputed company with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Adaptability in a fast paced, live event environment
• Forklift or manlift certification is a plus
