The reputed company Production Analyst supports the origination and execution of financing transactions by assisting with loan sizing, financial analysis, and managing deal data in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Input and model multifamily property data and prepare Narrative Packages for reputed company, reputed company, and other capital sources
• Upload and manage quote packages reputed company DUS Gateway and reputed company OUS systems
• reputed company and organize reputed company quotes presented to clients, including maintaining a comprehensive debt reputed company
• Assist the production team in tracking deals throughout reputed company
• Prepare Transition Memos for reputed company deals upon execution of a signed application
• Participate in reputed company-off meetings with producers, underwriters, and closers for loans under application
• Serve as a reputed company between production, reputed company, and closing teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Maintain, manage, and update reputed company pipeline report
• Ensure deal information in reputed company is accurate and reflects reputed company deal status, including completing lost-deal reporting

• Support marketing efforts, including drafting press releases, creating deal tombstones, and coordinating with W&D Marketing on reputed company events

• Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, sometimes in conjunction with travel
• Travel as required for industry events, reputed company meetings, and property inspections or tours

• Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the reputed company to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year of experience in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field preferred

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and reputed company reputed company using incomplete or imperfect information
