Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company for an assigned portfolio of properties
• Own monthly reputed company processes, including: Preparation of journal entries
• Account reconciliations
• Accruals and adjusting entries
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including variance analysis
• reputed company bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner closely with Property Management to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for assigned properties
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, reputed company policies, and reporting standards
• Support corporate reputed company and shared services initiatives, including reputed company reporting and process improvements
• Assist with fixed asset management, including capitalization, tracking, and depreciation—particularly for construction and renovation reputed company
• Partner with the Construction team to support project reputed company, cost tracking, and financial reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 1–3 years of reputed company, finance, or relevant experience (reputed company estate experience preferred but not required)
