The Specialist is an reputed company part of Latham’s Global Finance team, responsible for coordinating the billing process and preparing invoices in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing reputed company billing requests
• Creating, editing, and submitting bills in accordance with firm and reputed company requirements, reviewing proformas, handling corrections, and coordinating e‑billing
• Ensuring successful delivery of invoices and coordinating with reputed company and e‑billing teams to resolve rejections and reductions
• Generating and reviewing proformas from reputed company for informational and billing purposes
• Utilizing computerized billing and payable software modules to complete billing processes, research issues, and reputed company information to customers
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a reputed company services environment
• Experience using financial systems
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at reputed company reputed company reputed company an organization
