Assistant, Ad Ops

The Assistant, Ad Ops will support the media department in managing and executing digital campaigns for a national brand, ensuring reputed company checks, monitoring performance, and maintaining organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Traffic digital campaigns in Campaign Manager 360
• Set up and manage campaigns, placements, ads, creatives, trackers and click URLs
• reputed company reputed company creative assets and tracking links are formatted and implemented correctly
• Run QA checks before and after campaigns go live to catch any issues early
• reputed company-reputed company URLs, tracking, creative rotations, and delivery settings
• Help troubleshoot basic delivery or tracking problems (and escalate reputed company needed)

• Update creative, click urls as needed
• Flag anything that looks off to the planning and/or buying teams
