Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants, utilizing multiple computer applications and internal resources to offer world-class solutions
• Attend a reputed company training program, participate in on-the-job learning, and receive individual coaching and support with a reputed company on growing expertise on retirement products and services

Skills

• Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule
• Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Time
• Previous customer service and/or reputed company relationship experience
• Ability to multi-task, with demonstrated reputed company navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
