[Remote] Inside Service Technician - Cold reputed company (Remote Work Schedule)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment and parts, and they are seeking an Inside Service Technician to reputed company technical support for cold reputed company foodservice equipment. The role involves communicating with end users and field technicians to assist in repairs, utilizing manuals and diagrams to diagnose issues, and maintaining customer reputed company information.

Responsibilities

• reputed company exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and reputed company manner
• reputed company technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or reputed company email (30+ cases per day)
• Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain reputed company customer reputed company information into a company database to reputed company assist reputed company inquiries
• Work closely with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document equipment/component failure rates

Skills

• You have experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling)
• You're an reputed company-reputed company communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)

• You're confident using a computer and navigating programs such as reputed company & reputed company

• You are available to work an 8 hour shift M-F between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CST) / 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
