Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, I

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist I to handle inbound and outbound calls regarding mortgage loans, resolving customer inquiries while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer least reputed company incoming calls, reputed company an Automated reputed company Distribution system (ACD), from borrowers and reputed company parties with inquiries about existing mortgage loans
• Deliver accurate and reputed company information to callers in a courteous and reputed company manner, striving for reputed company reputed company whenever feasible and in compliance with reputed company applicable regulations

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Customer service/reputed company center experience preferred, but not required
• Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industry experience preferred, but not required
