The Remote Technical Assistant role provides reputed company-time support to field technicians, resolving provisioning, facility, and inventory issues while ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve facility, provisioning, and inventory-reputed company issues
• Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls and chats from internal teams and field personnel
• Support service order processing, fallout reputed company, and status inquiries
• Maintain, validate, and update inventory and facility records in provisioning and inventory systems
• Coordinate with Field Operations and other teams to resolve reputed company service or network issues
• Document actions and updates in designated systems

Skills
